Chelsea Horn brings years of experience in community organizing to the Trieste Associates team.  Chelsea manages the business, supervises projects and builds relationships with clients and the community members that work with us to help educate the public.  Chelsea specializes in strategic planning, development of educational materials and select messaging. 

Chelsea has been actively involved with community organizing since her early youth.   At eight years old, Chelsea volunteered as a leader for Kids Against Pollution (KAP) and at the age of twelve, was chosen as a youth representative for EPA’s Hudson River Superfund site citizens oversight committee.  These lifelong activities dealing with controversial issues have prepared her for the many challenges associated with educating the public.  Chelsea is a graduate of LeMoyne College and holds a BA degree in Political Science.
